and six blocked shots Tuesday in a 76-61 Red River Athletic Conference
women's basketball victory against North American.
The Gold Nuggets (17-4 overall,
14-2 RRAC) broke a tie with LSU-Alexandria for second place in the conference.

Tatjana Tatar was XULA's
only double-figure scorer. Tatar had 11 points and made a season-high-tying
three 3-pointers.

Zaria Harleaux and
Taylor Dewitt
scored nine points apiece for the Gold Nuggets. Dewitt grabbed eight rebounds,
and
Mary Wilkins' seven rebounds and two blocks were season highs.
Jaleah LaFargue had seven assists, the most in a game by a Gold Nugget this season.
Victoria Moore scored 20 points
and made 3-of-4 3s for the Stallions (11-12, 8-8). The Stallions are in their
first RRAC season but ineligible for the RRAC Tournament March 1-3 because
of their associate membership.
XULA outshot North American 41.2 to 30 percent from the floor.

The Gold Nuggets are 8-1 at home this
