Prior to participating in any intercollegiate sport at Xavier University of Louisiana, student-athletes are required to complete an athletic participation waiver form. Completion of this form does not constitute an offer to play or participate in a sport XULA, and student-athletes should complete this only at the instruction of a Xavier coach or athletics staff member.
