NOTES: Both teams were among "others receiving votes" in the NAIA preseason coaches poll, and Columbia International holds that distinction, too . . . Murray's kill-dig double-double was her first this season and the eighth of her XULA career . . . Parker reached double-figure blocks for the second time as a Gold Nugget; the other time was a school-record 14 against Life in 2023 . . . It was the third time XULA lost after winning the first set by 10-or-more points. The others were against South Carolina State in 2004 and Mobile in 2018 . . . Murray's older sister, Lauren Murray, is an IU East assistant coach.
