NEW ORLEANS - The XULA Gold Nuggets started their 25-26 campaign in style on Nov. 3 with a 70-50 rout of Harris-Stowe in the Convention Center. 

Xavier (1-0) enjoyed a 32-18 lead at the half and built from there, outscoring the Lady Hornets (0-2) 38-22 in the second half. 

Alicia Blanton started her season with a 12-point, 11-rebound double-double to go along with four assists three steals. 

Fatima Katembo and Shania Swan also reached double figures for the Gold Nuggets with 14 and 12 points, respectively.
