     Below are the minimum performance standards that Xavier believes are necessary to be successful at the NAIA level. These standards are not absolute, and exceptions may be made at the head coach's discretion.
     Achieving any of these standards does not guarantee you a roster spot on the team. Other factors which Xavier considers include — but are not limited to — academic performance and team needs.
     Competition is high for Xavier University of Louisiana women's cross country/track and field athletic scholarships. The awarding of these scholarships is considered on a case-by-case basis.
