• Third year at Xavier and a two-year letterman

• Finished 32nd at Western Athletic Conference Championships in Honolulu.
High School
• Won four individual state titles in track and field for Holy Cross of New Orleans
• As a senior he was the Division II indoor champion at 1,600 meters, and he was
the Class 3A outdoor champion in the 1,600 and 3,200
• As a junior he was the 3A outdoor champion in the 1,600
• Led Holy Cross to the 3A outdoor team championship in 2011 and was chosen all-state after ranking No. 1 in the 1,600
• Led Holy Cross to 3A state championships in cross country in 2009 and 2010 and was second individually both years
• Chosen St. Bernard Parish Male Amateur Athlete of the Year following his senior season (2010-11)
• Compiled 100 service hours, including rebuilding of houses after Hurricane Katrina
• Also served Holy Cross as a lay Eucharistic minister
