2019 Track and Field (Junior)
•  Fourth in the 3,000 steeplechase at the GCAC championships and 10th in the 800 and 1,500
•  Helped the Gold Rush score 198 points, the most ever by a GCAC men's runner-up

2018 Cross Country (Junior)
•  Finished ninth at GCAC Championships — ran 8,000 meters in 31:35.30 — and named All-GCAC because of his top-10 finish
•  Was in the second half of the pack during the early stages of the GCAC Championships before rallying
•  Helped XULA win GCAC men's team championship and an automatic bid to NAIA nationals
•  Best season times: 20:12.37 for 5,000 meters, 29:10.2 for four miles and 31:35.30 for 8,000 meters

2018 Track and Field (Sophomore)
•  Anchored 3,200 relay team to a victory by nearly 13 seconds at the GCAC championships . . . It was XULA's first-ever GCAC men's title in this event
•  Placed ninth in the 800 at the GCAC meet

2017 Cross Country (Sophomore)
•  Finished 11th at GCAC Championships — ran 8,000 meters in 31:20.59
•  Was XULA's No. 2 finisher in three of the five races he ran
•  Best season times: 19:36.14 for 5,000 meters, 21:58.6 for 6,000 meters and 31:20.59 for 8,000 meters

2017 Track and Field (Freshman)
•  Scored in three events at GCAC Championships: fourth place in the 1,600 and 3,200 relays and sixth in the 800

2016 Cross Country (Freshman)
•  Finished sixth at GCAC Championships — ran 8,000 meters in 29:41.26 — and named All-GCAC because of his top-10 finish
•  Finished among XULA's top three runners in 6-of-7 meets
•  Best season times: 18:49.5 for 5,000 meters and 33:05.03 for 8,000 meters

High School
•  Qualified for the state outdoor track meet in the 800 and the 1,600 relay as a senior
•  Qualified for the state outdoor track meet in the 3,200 relay as a junior and sophomore
•  Helped 3,200 relay team win district and sectional championships his sophomore season
•  Best times, all from senior year, were 1:57.91 in the 800, 4:45.46 in the 1,600 and, for cross country, 17:59.81 for 5,000 meters
•  As a sophomore he helped the track team win district and conference championships and place third in the Class 5A state meet outdoors
•  Varsity member three seasons apiece in track and cross country
•  Played trumpet with the band four years
