2018 (Senior)
• Named to Big Easy Blastoff all-tournament team after
hitting .373 with a combined 29 kills in home victories Sept. 1 against Martin Methodist
and Webber International
• Produced career highs of 15 kills and nine digs against Martin Methodist,
then had 14 kills against Webber International, a 2017 NAIA national tournament qualifier . . .

2017 (Junior)
• Saw limited action after starting in 2016
• Played in three matches, but only one after the opening week
• XULA won GCAC regular-season and tournament championships and qualified for NAIA National Championship
2016 (Sophomore)
• A starter who ranked third on team 209 kills and four matches with 10-or-more kills
• High matches of 11 kills apiece vs. eventual NAIA National Championship
qualifiers Our Lady of the Lake and Mobile
• Twice produced 10 kills in a match, including zero errors
and .476 hitting percentage in 25-5, 25-22, 25-13 GCAC home victory
against Philander Smith
• Helped XULA win GCAC regular-season and tournament championships and qualify for NAIA National Championship
Prior to XULA
• Hit .455 in her final seven matches as a freshman at Morgan State (2015)
• Second-team all-conference as a prep senior
• Won Bishop McNamara's St. Andre Award for stellar grades and citizenship
• 110 hours of community service in high school
• Played three seasons of club volleyball, most recently with Maryland Juniors
Personal
• Still enjoys coloring in coloring books — she does it to relieve stress
• Her father, Obadiah Johnson, played basketball for Morgan State and Husson universities,
scored more than 1,300 career points and averaged 11.9 points per game over four seasons

Who is your role model, and why? Both of my parents are my role models. They have always encouraged me to remain faithful
to my beliefs and who I am. Not only that but they have supported me the past 21 years, and they're amazing. I love them :)

What do you plan to do with your major? The end goal is to become a dentist. After graduating,
I will more than likely attend a post baccalaureate or master's program to make myself
a better candidate for dental school.
