Register for the tryout

        NEW ORLEANS — Xavier University of Louisiana co-ed competitive cheer will conduct team tryouts next week for current XULA students for the 2022-23 academic year.
        Tryouts will start at 1 p.m. Aug. 27 at XULA's Convocation Center (7900 Stroelitz St., New Orleans LA 70125). Audition cost is $15. Wear all-black attire.

        XULA was the 2022 NAIA national champion in this sport and finished fifth in the NAIA in 2021.
