HAWKINS, Texas — Kamea Uitenham and Taylor Parker combined for 35 kills Friday to help Xavier University of Louisiana rally for a 16-25, 25-12, 16-25, 26-24, 15-11 Red River Athletic Conference women's volleyball victory against Jarvis Christian.
        The Gold Nuggets (15-14 overall, 12-3 RRAC) and Bulldogs (14-12, 6-9) will meet at 11 a.m. Saturday to conclude their two-match series and the regular season.
        Uitenham had 19 kills, giving her 57 in the last three matches, and Parker had 16. Kennedy Campbell had nine kills.
        Laila Person served four aces, and Alyssa Studvent served three for XULA, and Uitenham and Bengisu Kazazlar had two apiece.
        The Gold Nuggets rallied from a 16-12 fourth-set deficit, then rolled to a 12-7 lead in the fifth. Uitenham's kill ended the match.
        XULA won six of its last seven matches.
