NEW ORLEANS — Xavier University of Louisiana's Bo Browder has been named WHoopDirt.com Coach of the Week presented by FastBreak PlayBook at the NAIA women's basketball level for Jan. 6-12.
        During that time the Gold Nuggets won at home against Texas College (76-52) and on the road against Texas A&M-San Antonio (80-65) and Our Lady of the Lake (76-59). XULA is 17-0 overall, 14-0 in the Red River Athletic Conference and ranked 21st in the NAIA entering a 5:30 p.m. Thursday home game against Huston-Tillotson.
        Browder is in his 26th season as the Gold Nuggets' head coach. Browder holds the record for the most seasons as a XULA head coach, regardless of sport.
        This is the fifth season that WHoopDirt.com has selected weekly winners at the NCAA, NAIA and two-year levels.
