2024-25 All-RRAC lists
NEW ORLEANS —
Xavier University of Louisiana's
Kam Shelley was announced Thursday evening
as Red River Athletic Conference Newcomer of the Year in women's
basketball for the 2024-25 season.

Joy Campbell
were chosen to the All-RRAC first team by the league's head coaches, and
Lauren Banks made the second team.
Janiya Reed received honorable mention.
Gabrielle Morrison was the Gold Nuggets' representative on the
RRAC Champions of Character team.
Shelley, a 5-foot-8 fifth-year guard from Albany, Ga.,
and a graduate of Westover Comprehensive High School, leads XULA and ranks ninth
in the Red River with 14.9 points per game. Her buzzer-beating 3-pointer from 30 feet
beat LSU-Shreveport 65-62 at LSUS Dec. 2 and snapped the Pilots' 30-game conference winning streak.
Campbell, a 5-6 fifth-year guard from Fontana, Calif.,
leads the Red River with 6.1 assists per game, 171 assists, 3.3 steals per game and 92 steals.
Campbell's 15 assists Feb. 15 in a 96-70 victory at Southwest (N.M.) tied the Gold Nuggets'
record for assists in a game.
Campbell ranks eighth in the NAIA in assists per game
and 11th in steals per game.
Banks, a 5-10 fifth-year guard/forward from Clinton, Md., and a graduate of
Riverdale Baptist High School, is second at XULA and ranks 11th in the Red River
with 13.3 points per game. She leads the Gold Nuggets with five games of 20-or-more points.
Reed, a 5-6 senior guard from Ruston, La., and a graduate of Minden High School,
averages 7.9 points. Reed shot 57.8 from the floor (52-of-90) in the Gold Nuggets' last nine games.
Morrison is a 5-5 junior guard from Tampa, Fla., and
a graduate of Academy of the Holy Names.
XULA is 26-2 this season and will play Southwest at 4:45 p.m. Friday
in the quarterfinals of the RRAC Tournament at Alexandria, La.
