•  Owns XULA's best discus and shot put marks of the last nine seasons (2010-18)
•  XULA PRs of 41.87 meters/137 feet, 4 inches in the discus and 10.23 meters/33 feet, 6 3/4 inches in the shot — both occurred March 10 at the McNeese Cowboy Relays

•  Competed three years for RODZ Throw Crew
•  Qualified for Junior Olympics twice in the discus

•  Competed in track and field and football
•  District and area champion in the discus his senior year (2017) and qualified for regionals . . . PR of 50.16 meters/164 feet, 7 inches at district meet
•  Shot put PR was 13.71 meters/45 feet, 0 inches
•  Started at outside linebacker his senior season of football . . . as a junior he helped team win district championship and reach third round of state playoffs
•  Student council vice president as a senior
•  Worked 50 hours of community service
