• Second year at XULA
• 1-year letterwinner
2018 (Sophomore)
• Ran anchor on 400-meter relay team that produced A-qualifying times for NAIA National Championships in each of the first two meets
2017 (Freshman)
• Earned NAIA All-America at national meet after eighth-place finish in 1,600 relay (3:56.31) at nationals . . . Quartet set school record of 3:49.76 during preliminaries
• Scored in five events at GCAC Championships, including first place in long jump and 400 relay . . . Also third in 1,600 relay and sixth in 100 and 200
• Helped Gold Nuggets win GCAC team championship
• Best performances were 12.43 in the 100, 25.34 in the 200, 58.35 in the 400 and 5.44 meters/17 feet, 10 inches in the long jump
• Earned Accusplit award after 800 relay team produced NAIA-best time of 1:42.01 at McNeese Cowboy Relays in Lake Charles, La., March 11
Club
• Competed two years for Speed Dynamics
• Qualified for AAU Junior Olympics in 2015 in the open 400 and the 800 relay
High School
• Did not start running track until 10th grade but quickly became a star
• LHSAA Class 3A state champion outdoors in the 400 and runner-up in the long jump in 2015 and 2016
• Indoors she was a state champion in the 400 as a senior and runner-up the previous year
Personal
• Her mother, Neisha Williams, played basketball at Long Beach State and made a then-school-record 60 3-pointers in 1992-93
