•  Fourth year at XULA
•  Only woman to win three GCAC individual championships in cross country (2016, 2018, 2019)

2019 Cross Country (Senior)
•  Repeated as GCAC individual champion — winning by nearly two minutes — and was all-conference for the fourth straight year
•  Led XULA to its 13th consecutive GCAC women's team title and an automatic bid to NAIA nationals
•  GCAC Runner of the Week twice
•  Third place out of 67 women at Loyola's Allstate Sugar Bowl Festival
•  First XULA woman since 2014 to make All-Louisiana in this sport
•  Best season times were 19:26.0 (Sugar Bowl) and 19:44.5 (GCAC) for 5,000 meters

2019 Track and Field (Junior)
•  Was XULA's No. 2 scorer at GCAC Championships with 30 1/2 points . . . Won the 5,000 and 10,000 and anchored the 3,200 relay team to a victory . . . Also placed second in the 1,500
•  Helped XULA win its third consecutive GCAC team championship
•  Produced top-10 finishes in the 5,000 in back-to-back weeks in meets at Southern Miss and McNeese

2018 Cross Country (Junior)
•  Pulled away in final 300 yards from teammate and defending champion Maliya Vaughan to win her second GCAC individual championship by nearly four seconds
•  Led XULA to the GCAC women's team championship
•  Helped XULA earned automatic bid to NAIA national meet

2018 Track and Field (Sophomore)
•  Only Gold Nugget to win two events at GCAC Championships
•  Repeated as GCAC champion in the 5,000 and won the league's inaugural 10K
•  Also placed fourth at GCAC meet in the 1,500 and helped the 3,200 relay finish second
•  Scored 26 total points at GCAC meet, tying for second on the team, and helped Gold Nuggets repeat as the league's team champion

2017 Cross Country (Sophomore)
•  GCAC individual runner-up and helped Gold Nuggets win team title
•  Finished 318th at NAIA National Championships with 5K time of 21:35
•  Won GCAC Runner of the Week in each of the first four weeks of the season
•  Ran 4,000 meters at Mississippi College Season Opener in 16:35.68 — No. 3 on the Gold Nuggets' all-time list at that distance
•  Produced third-fastest 2-mile run in XULA history when she won Big Easy Opener in 12:51.42.

2017 Track and Field (Freshman)
•  Gold Nuggets' No. 3 scorer — 22 points — at the GCAC Championships, where XULA won the team title
•  GCAC champion in the 1,500 and 5,000 and helped XULA finish second in the 3,200 relay

2016 Cross Country (Freshman)
•  GCAC individual champion and led Gold Nuggets to team title
•  Best times of 18:07.5 (school record) for 5K, 25:42.23 for 6K
•  Set 5K school record in second collegiate meet — Allstate Sugar Bowl Festival at Metairie, La.
•  Tied GCAC women's season record by being named Runner of the Week five times
•  292nd at NAIA National Championships . . . Ran 5K in 20:43.28

Club
•  National champion st 2014 USATF Junior Olympics, winning the 3,000 in the 15-16 age group
•  10 years of AAU competition for the Houston Visions

High School
•  4-time qualifier for UIL state meet in cross country . . . Led Ridge Point's Panthers to 16th-place team finish in Class 5A her senior year (2015) . . . Three times was among top 40 runners at state, with highest finish 23rd as a sophomore (2013)
•  Region III-5A individual champion in cross country as a senior (2015)
•  Best 5K time was 18:08.72, a school record she set while winning the 2014 district meet
•  Sixth place in 1,600 at 5A state outdoor track meet as a senior (2016)
