2020 Indoor Track and Field (Sophomore)
•  Competed in 2-of-6 meets, both times in the 1,600 relay
•  Best time in the 1,600 relay was 4 minutes, 3.80 seconds in the LSU Twilight on Feb. 21, 2020 . . . Williams ran the leadoff segment, and she and Raven Riley, Darryan Horton and Ariel Ford were eight-tenths of a second from the NAIA's B-qualifying time for nationals

2019 Cross Country (Sophomore)
•  First season on the cross country team
•  Competed in 4-of-5 meets
•  Named All-GCAC after running 5,000 meters in a career-best 23:59.6 to finish seventh and help the XULA women repeat as team champion
•  Was XULA's third-fastest finisher at two meets: Lake Charles Toyota Cowboy Stampede and NAIA nationals

2019 Track and Field (Freshman)
•  Ran anchor segment on 1,600 relay team that finished eighth at NAIA nationals (3:53.59) and earned All-America
•  In the 1,600 relay prelims at NAIA nationals, she helped XULA set a school record of 3:48.75 — also on the anchor segment
•  Helped the XULA women score their highest ever finish — 23rd place — at NAIA nationals
•  Scored in three events — second place in the 1,600 relay (4:18.37), fifth in the 800 (2:44.84) and seventh in the 400 (1:00.18) — at the GCAC Championships . . . Ran second segment of the relay
•  Helped XULA repeat as GCAC women's team champion
•  Produced eight total top-10 finishes during this season
•  Best time in the 200 was 26.21 at McNeese Spring Time Classic on March 15, 2019
•  Best time in the 400 was 58.72 — her first collegiate meet — at the Southeastern Strawberry Relays on March 2, 2019
•  Best time in the 800 was 2:28.86 at the William Carey Last Chance on May 10, 2019

•  Placed fourth in the 400 at the LHSAA Class 5A outdoor state meet as a junior (2017) and senior (2018)
•  Helped Hahnville finish second at state in the 1,600 relay in 2018
•  Williams won four meet MVP awards as a senior

•  Her prep PR in the 400 was 57.13
