METAIRIE, La. —
Georgia Gwinnett scored goals in each half Tuesday afternoon to earn a 2-0 women's soccer

It was the Gold Nuggets' home opener.

Natalie Maguire notched the second goal in the 80th minute after the Grizzlies misfired twice
a few seconds earlier.
XULA (0-2) had only two shots on goal, by

After Saturday the Gold Nuggets will play on the road
three times before returning home for a 1 p.m. Red River Athletic Conference game against North American
