Gold Nuggets receive votes for the 13th consecutive poll

NAIA women's soccer coaches poll of Oct. 15, 2025

NEW ORLEANS — For the 13th consecutive time, Xavier University of Louisiana women's soccer was among "others receiving votes" in the NAIA coaches poll.
The Gold Nuggets (6-2-2 overall, 5-0-1 Red River Athletic Conference) collected seven points Wednesday and tied for 35th place. The XULA women began their poll-appearance streak in 2024, and it's the third longest streak in the history of the Red River, which launched in 1998. Former member Texas-Brownsville received votes in 23 consecutive polls Oct. 30, 2012-Oct. 21, 2014 and in 14 consecutive polls Sept. 6, 2011-Sept. 4, 2012.
Our Lady of the Lake in 2017 was the last Red River women's soccer team to reach the top 25.
