     LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. — Xavier University of Louisiana tennis finished a combined 4-3 in the Grizzly Invitational after 5-0 men's and women's losses to Georgia Gwinnett Sunday.
     Georgia Gwinnett's men and women are ranked first in the NAIA and defending national champions. The Gold Rush are No. 2, and the Gold Nuggets are 19th.
     The Gold Rush are 5-3 overall, and the Gold Nuggets are 3-5.
     The men's dual was the first matchup of the Grizzlies and the Gold Rush since the 2016 NAIA National Championship final, which Georgia Gwinnett won 5-2.
