NEW ORLEANS — Xavier University of Louisiana's Reagan Collins is a Daktronics NAIA Scholar-Athlete for the 2022 women's cross country season.
        The NAIA announced the award Thursday. The NAIA honored 609 women and 467 men.
        Qualifiers are nominated by their institution, must maintain a minimum grade-point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, must have attended one full year at the nominating college and must appear on the eligibility certificate for the sport.
        Collins is a junior from DeSoto, Texas, and a graduate of DeSoto High School. Her XULA major is political science.
