DALLAS — Xavier University of Louisiana rallied in the fourth quarter Saturday for a 68-60 Red River Athletic Conference women's basketball victory against Paul Quinn.
        The Gold Nuggets (19-5 overall, 14-1 RRAC) trailed 46-41 through three quarters, then got seven points apiece from Destinee Pointer and Victory Udechi in a 27-14 final period.
        Nia Bishop and Kyla Duncan scored 12 points apiece for XULA — Duncan was 6-of-6 from the floor — and Pointer, Udechi and Abryhia Irons scored 11 points apiece.
        The Gold Nuggets closed the regular season with a 13-game win streak — their longest since 21 straight in the 2009-10 season. The streak will move to 14 because Tuesday RRAC opponent Wiley, citing a lack of healthy personnel, forfeited the remainder of its schedule five days ago.
