Gold Rush win again at home

        NEW ORLEANS — Xavier University of Louisiana, ranked seventh in NAIA men's tennis, improved its home winning streak to 22 with a 7-0 victory Saturday against Texas Wesleyan.
        Juan Varon clinched for the Gold Rush (10-4) with his 6-2, 6-3 victory against Antoine Testaud at No. 6 singles. Jacobi Bain and Megh Patel clinched the doubles point on the second court with their 6-3 victory against Arthur Voiseux and Mathieu Vinet.
        Patel, Juan Ramirez and Guillermo Coiras won singles matches after losing their first sets.
        XULA's home streak started in 2018. Texas Wesleyan is 5-1.
