Hell, Woody defeat a 3rd NCAA DI opponent to win doubles title

        LAFAYETTE, La. — Xavier University of Louisiana men's tennis sophomores Julius Hell and VanDer Woody defeated Louisiana-Lafayette's Mason Landreth and Vasil Dimitrov 6-4 Sunday to win the flight-1 main-draw doubles championship of the Cajuns Classic.
        Hell and Woody went 3-0 in this event, and all the victories were against NCAA Division I opponents. Friday they won 6-4 against LSU's Chen Dong and Stefan Latinovic, then 6-3 against Shamirul Shahril and Dakotah Bobo of Southern Miss.
        The victory capped a splendid four-week run by Hell and Woody, who were runner-up in the NAIA Gulf ITA Regional Championships and in the NAIA division of the ITA Cup.
