        OVERLAND PARK, Kan. — Fifth-ranked Xavier University of Louisiana men's tennis defeated ninth-ranked Coastal Georgia 4-1 Sunday morning to finish seventh in the eight-team ITA NAIA National Indoor Championships.
        Freshman Artur Yakubov clinched for the Gold Rush with a 7-6 (7-4), 6-2 victory on the fifth singles court against Santiago Speranza. XULA's other singles winners were Nereo Suarez in a 6-2, 6-3 decision on court four against Kevin Leuenberger, and Julius Hell in a 6-3, 6-2 decision against Lucas Landaluce on court one.
        XULA's Dedric Ray and freshman Ivan Vazquez clinched the doubles point for the third consecutive day; they beat Martinez Ferrer and Gonzalo Tano 6-4 on court three.
        Coastal Georgia is 0-3.
        The Gold Rush (2-2) will visit city rival Dillard at 3 p.m. Friday.
