NEW ORLEANS — The men and women 
 of Xavier University of Louisiana both won 7-0 Friday against Millsaps at XULA Tennis Center.
 
 
         The women played singles first, and 
Tianna Dixon 
  clinched for the Gold Nuggets (2-2) on court four with her 6-2, 6-1 victory against Morris Kelly Clayton. 
	 Dixon and 
Valaine Clarke defeated Sarah Hagen and Segen Lister 6-0 on court three to clinch the doubles point.
 
	 
        The XULA women won all three doubles matches 6-0.
 
	 
        The XULA men also won on every court, with 
Guillermo Coiras and 
Dedric Ray clinching 
	 the doubles point on court three with a 6-1 victory against Sam Willard and Brady St. Martin, 
	  then Ray clinching the dual at No. 5 singles with his 6-1, 6-1 victory against Matthew Moore.
 
		
        The Gold Nuggets are ranked third in the NAIA, and the Gold Rush (2-1) are 10th. 
		It was the opener for both Millsaps teams, which compete in NCAA Division III.
 
		
        XULA's men stretched their home win streak to 19 duals; the women have won 25 of their last 27 at home.
 
		
        XULA will return to its home courts for the third straight day in a noon Saturday  
		matchup against city rival Loyola, whose women are ranked 21st in the NAIA.
