ALEXANDRIA, La. — 
 
Valaine Clarke and and 
Valentina Largacha won in doubles and singles Saturday
  to lead NAIA No. 11 Xavier University of Louisiana women's tennis in a 4-0
	 victory against Red River Athletic Conference rival LSU-Shreveport in the LSUA Round-Up.
	 
	         The Gold Nuggets' other dual match,
	  against fifth-ranked LSU-Alexandria, was halted during the evening
		 after the Generals won the doubles point. The match will be completed later.
		 
		         Clarke and Largacha clinched the doubles
		  point against LSUS with a 6-2 victory against Sophia de Michele and Kateryna Kochetkova. 
			 Clarke clinched the dual with her 6-2, 4-6, 6-3 victory against de Michele on the third singles court.
			  Largacha won 6-2, 6-3 at No. 4 against Nathalia Gomez.
				
				        
Tianna Dixon won 6-2, 6-1 on the second
				 court against Kochetkova.
				 
				         
Lindsey Dixon and 
Bailey Whitley produced
				  XULA's first doubles victory, 6-0 against Carmen Perez and Emily Thomson.
					         XULA (4-7 overall, 1-1 RRAC) won for the second consecutive
					  time in this event after entering with five consecutive losses, all against ranked opponents.
						XULA's women and men will travel to Hattiesburg, Miss., for 1 p.m. Monday duals
						 against William Carey, whose teams are ranked seventh in the NAIA.
