        NEW ORLEANS — Xavier University of Louisiana Athletics is organizing an alumni basketball game during homecoming week.
        The game will have free admission and tip off at 8 p.m. Nov. 4 in the Convocation Center. It will follow XULA volleyball's Red River Athletic Conference doubleheader against Louisiana Christian.
        Game notes:
        •  Registration is limited to 30 players.
        •  Players must be XULA graduates.
        •  Players must be former XULA athletes — therefore, the game is not limited to basketball players.
        •  Teams will be co-ed.
        •  Drafting and coaching the teams will be XULA men's basketball alumni David Egans (white) and Olumide Olafioye (gold).
        •  Get Max Tax — a certified tax preparation service with multiple U.S. locations — is the sponsor.
