NEW ORLEANS —
The National Weather Service is predicting an 80-percent chance of rain
Saturday, so Xavier University of Louisiana softball moved its
Red River Athletic Conference home doubleheader against Louisiana Christian
to 1 p.m. CDT Sunday at Wesley Barrow Stadium.
XULA will resume its eight-game homestand
with a 2 p.m. Friday RRAC doubleheader against LSU-Alexandria.
The Gold Nuggets are 12-20 overall and 4-12
in the RRAC. LSUA is 19-16 and 12-5, and LCU is 19-20 and 9-10.
