ELLISVILLE, Miss. — Xavier University of Louisiana, playing its second men's soccer exhibition in three days, lost 5-0 Monday evening to two-year Jones College.
        Luke Dickson and Matt Reed scored to give the Bobcats a 2-0 halftime lead. Teryn Davis, Tlotlo Langa and Xavier Souto-Rodriguez scored in the second half. Joshua Goodwin was the Jones goalkeeper.
        XULA won 2-1 at home Saturday against LSU-Eunice.
        XULA will open its second regular season at 7 p.m. Sunday against William Carey in Hattiesburg, Miss. It'll be a doubleheader; the XULA and Carey women will play at 5 p.m.
