Green named 2026 RRAC coach of the year

The Red River Athletic Conference announced Saturday that XULA tennis coach Alan Green had been named the 2026 Women's Tennis Coach of the Year.

Green, a fixture at Xavier, has made winning hardware the norm at the university, and this season was no different.

XULA's women won the 2026 RRAC title Saturday morning, their third conference championship in the past four seasons, and the men won the 2026 Men's Tennis XULA Invitational Saturday afternoon.

Both the Gold Nuggets and Gold Rush will play in the 2026 NAIA national tournament, the brackets for which will be announced on April 28.
