Xavier Women's Soccer appeared in this week's NAIA poll and find themselves on the cusp of a Top 25 ranking. 

The Gold Nuggets are currently 1-1-1 and preparing for a major showdown Friday, a 5 p.m. home match against No. 16 John Brown (Ark.).

XULA was one of five Southern States Athletic Conference teams to be featured in the poll. The highest-ranked SSAC team was William Carey at No. 10. Life checked in at No. 12, and Mobile and Tennessee Southern received votes. 

Cumberlands (Ky.) earned the No. 1 slot. The complete poll is available on the NAIA website.
