        GREENTOWN, Ind. — 
  Unbeaten Union (Ky.) won two singles super-tiebreakers to defeat
	Xavier University of Louisiana 4-3 at the IWU Invitational in a Friday matchup of two
	 of the hottest NAIA women's tennis teams.
	
	        The Bulldogs, 12-0 and ranked 11th, snapped
	 the eight-dual winning streak of XULA, 14-5 and ranked third.
        Nicole Viljoen clinched at No. 5 singles
 when she defeated 
Angelica De Vincenzis 6-3, 5-7, 1-0 (10-5).
 
         
Angela Charles-Alfred was XULA's only
  player to win in doubles and singles.  Charles-Alfred and 
Lailaa Bashir defeated 
	Ljiljana Pajcin and Christina Schoener 6-3, in doubles, and Charles-Alfred beat
	  Schoener 6-0, 6-3 at No. 3 singles.
	 
	         XULA also got singles victories from
	  
Farah Baklouti and 
Valentina Largacha. Baklouti defeated  Maria Arteaga  6-0, 6-2 
		 at No. 4, and Largacha tied the dual at 3 with her 7-6 (7-4), 6-3 victory
		  against Mai Kitashita at No. 6.
	
	        Wet weather forced XULA indoors for the second
	 consecutive day. XULA is scheduled to play two NAIA top-10 teams Saturday at 
	 Indiana Wesleyan's Sutter Tennis Center: No. 7 Cardinal Stritch at 11 a.m. 
	 and No. 9 Indiana Wesleyan at 4 p.m. Times are Eastern. The weather forecast: 90-percent chance of rain and a high of 68 degrees.
