Gold Nuggets win 4 titles, including 2 apiece for Green and Largacha

        NEW ORLEANS — Xavier University of Louisiana women's tennis won four titles Saturday at city rival Dillard's James Branche Invitational.
        Sydney Green and Valentina Largacha won 8-4 against Isabella Leano and Reilly Briggs of another city rival, Loyola, in the doubles B-bracket final. Green defeated Loyola's Ana Cecilia Castillo 6-3, 6-2, in the singles C-bracket final, and Largacha beat teammate McKenna Wheatley 6-3, 6-3 in the singles B-bracket final.
        The fourth title went to Wheatley and Mbali Langa, an 8-2 winner in the A-doubles championship round against Dillard's Hang Nguyen and Daria Schoma. It was the third title this semester for Langa and Wheatley; the others were at the HBCU National Championships and the NAIA Gulf ITA Regional Championships.
