NEW ORLEANS - The XULA men's track and field team started its indoor season by participating in the NOLA Triangular Meet with in-city opponents Dillard and Loyola-New Orleans. 

The meet was highlighted by Collin Wright Jr. and Kamal Webb going 1-2 in the 600-meter dash, and Andrew Gillips taking second and third in the 200 and 60, respectively. 

Xavier also swept the field events, with Kameron Loyd winning the triple jump and long jump, and Maurice Green winning the shot put.
