XULA Women's Indoor Track and Field will send six athletes to the NAIA National Championships next month.
The meet, which will take place March 5-7, can be viewed live on multiple services with which the NAIA has an agreement.
Among the top-qualifying women for Xavier are senior Breanna Clarke and junior Jaelyn Mitchell.
Clark earned All-American honors in the 2025 60-meter race. This year, she will have a chance to repeat in that event while also adding to her career achievements with an appearance in the 60-meter hurdles.
Mitchell, too, will appear in two events. She will make another appearance in the 200, the event in which she earned All-America honors last year, and will join Clark in the 60-meter dash.
Freshman Ariyah Edwards will also run in the 60-meter hurdles, and freshman Charieon Doxley will compete in the long jump.
Rounding out the Xavier contingent will be a pair of pentathletes.
Junior Leojai Hibbert and freshman Tori Robinson-Thomas, who last week went 1-2 in the SSAC conference meet, will be the first Gold Nugget athletes to make an appearance at the national meet. The pentathlon is the first event contested at this year's meet.
A full list of qualifiers and the schedule of events are both available on the NAIA website.
